When I met Ms. Jaffe and her staff I was probably at the lowest point in my life. I was going through a divorce after 28 years of marriage and was preparing to bury my Mother. I read another review on how Linda is not responsive. I experienced the same HOWEVER, the reason: if it is not important, or pressing, she has other more pressing matters to attend to. Send her an email updating her of your situation and if she needs to, she will respond. otherwise, listen to her, take her direction and try to hand the reigns over fully to her. Linda wont steer you wrong. Linda is strong and will be the foundation you need during the difficult times.
